• Small team. You will own meaningful surface area from your first week.
• Modern stack: Go, TypeScript, Next.js, PostgreSQL, plus ServiceNow and UKG Pro on the integration side. We use agentic AI tooling heavily and expect every engineer to be comfortable with it.
