Corvalon comes from two words: core and value. It is the promise in the name: we build software that moves the core of a business, not its edges. Corvalon is a small, independent software engineering company based in Lakeville, Minnesota.

We work in four practice areas: agentic AI engineering, SaaS solutions, process automation and workflow, and enterprise integrations across ServiceNow and UKG Pro. That experience was built over 27+ years in enterprise IT, including a decade of ServiceNow architecture and engineering at Walmart Global Tech and Verizon. We also build our own products; Corvalon HRM, an enterprise HR intelligence platform, is the flagship.

Mission

Bring core value to businesses through software engineering. Too many systems hide the truth behind exports, spreadsheet workarounds, and “that’s just how the vendor built it.” We believe operators deserve the same data quality, API access, and audit trails that engineering and finance teams already expect.

How we work

• Accuracy over speed. Thoroughness wins. Before anything ships, it has to be verifiable end to end.
• Fix at the source. When a problem touches a dozen places, there is a single control point. We find it and fix there.
• Standards on day one. ADA, WCAG AA, SOC 2, and GDPR are not a later-phase checklist. They shape the architecture from the first commit.
• Built in the open where we can. MCP servers, agent tooling, and integration libraries go to GitHub so the broader community benefits.
